Friday release: revision git04

Hello there, it's time for a new release! The revision git04 is already available from our "Download" section.

Some things to say about this release:

An special debug panel was included as part of the GUI for helping developers. Note: this feature is only available including the option "--with-debug" if you compile the source code of KOM and KTooN. This panel is not available from the .deb binaries.
Some bugs around the "Lock frame" option were fixed.
We started to work on the "Motion Tween" plugin. The code is still immature but right now, it's possible to do some basic exercises. Here, you'll find a video of a pretty simple demo about this feature.

As usual, we want to invite to everyone to enjoy this revision of KTooN!
